We don't just chase rankings — we position your brand as the answer. Optimised for ChatGPT, AI Overviews, and AI Mode, with strong visibility across Google's core results.

Position one on Google used to be where everything ended. Today the path is longer: an AI Overview cites you, a Reddit thread compares you, a ChatGPT recommendation names you, and only then does a customer search your brand to verify. Rankings still matter — they're often the start of the journey, sometimes the end of it. But they're never the whole of it any more.
Opinions don't compound. Good technical architecture does. A site that crawls correctly, structures its data properly, and signals entity relationships clearly gives every piece of content a better chance of being retrieved and cited. I'd rather spend a day on a schema audit than a week on content that Google can't extract.
Clients come to me having spent money on SEO that didn't work, been sold rankings that evaporated, or built content strategies that produced no commercial return. I don't soften the diagnosis to protect a retainer. If the site has fundamental problems, we start there. If the strategy is wrong, I'll say so.
I built BeFound Search as a direct-engagement practice specifically because I wanted to be involved in the work. That means I run the strategy, I do the audits, and I'm in the meetings that matter. You're not buying access to my methodology delivered by someone who's been briefed on it — you're getting me.
Every generation of search technology was described as a trend until it wasn't. PageRank, local packs, featured snippets, voice search — each one shifted the landscape permanently. LLM-mediated search is doing the same thing, faster and more comprehensively. The brands that treat it as a side project will spend the next five years catching up. The brands that treat search as a continuous practice — not a finite project — won't.
I've audited hundreds of sites that were penalised, deindexed, or algorithmically demoted because of tactics that worked until they didn't. I've never recommended anything I wouldn't be comfortable explaining to a Google Search Quality reviewer. That constraint is not a limitation — it's a quality filter that makes the work more durable.
Most agencies start measuring when something starts working. I start the moment we begin: crawl logs from GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and Googlebot; AI citation tracking across surfaces; competitor visibility benchmarking; brand mention monitoring. In the first months, that data isn't yet useful — patterns haven't emerged. By month three or four, it tells us exactly what's working, what's drifting, and what to adapt. The data you have when you need it is the data you started gathering before you needed it.

Old SEO was a fixed bundle of tactics with a launch date and a final report. I run a practice — measuring how Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity read your site, gathering crawl and citation data from day one, adapting as the landscape shifts. Because the landscape doesn't stop shifting — and the data you have when you need it is the data you started gathering before you needed it.

"Most SEO is sold as a service and delivered as a report. I'm not interested in that model."
