In an AI-first world, latency is the enemy of engagement. We engineer high-performance web experiences that satisfy both users and crawlers.
We assess where you're being found, where you're invisible, and what's costing you leads — before you commit to anything.
Core Web Vitals are Google's standardised performance metrics that measure the real-world experience of using a web page: Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) measures loading speed, Interaction to Next Paint (INP) measures interactivity, and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) measures visual stability.
Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking signal for both mobile and desktop. Beyond rankings, poor Core Web Vitals directly correlate with higher bounce rates, lower conversion rates, and reduced crawl efficiency. For AI-indexed pages, slow TTFB (Time to First Byte) can affect how frequently AI crawlers revisit and update their understanding of your content.
LCP is most commonly improved by optimising the largest image or text block on a page — ensuring it loads from a CDN, is the correct format (WebP or AVIF), and is not blocked by render-blocking resources. A target of under 1.2 seconds is achievable on most well-architected sites.
INP is improved by reducing JavaScript execution time and eliminating long tasks on the main thread. CLS is eliminated by reserving space for images, embeds, and dynamic content before they load. TTFB — not a Core Web Vital but equally important — is reduced through server-side caching, CDN edge delivery, and efficient database queries.
We begin with a full performance audit using field data from the Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX) and lab data from PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and WebPageTest. We map every bottleneck to a specific technical cause and produce a prioritised implementation roadmap.
Fixes are delivered as developer-ready specifications or implemented directly, depending on your setup. We validate improvements against real user field data, not just lab scores, and monitor for regression after each deployment.
